Match Drilling Instructions

If you are brave, or live far away (Australia?) and want to match drill your own gear legs, this is how we do it...

1. Determine side to side variable

2. Put old leg in mill & check vertical variable

3. Put new leg in mill & square axle to vertical

4. Dial in mill vise

5. Position to variable (found in step 1)

6. Enter drill

7. Drill 1/32 under size

8. Ream to size

9. Verify
